Are my files uploaded to your server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your web browser. Your file is read and processed on your own device and is never sent to Vexara.
Is this a legally binding digital signature?
This creates an electronic signature image — the same as signing on paper and scanning it. It is not a cryptographic digital signature backed by a certificate, and it does not prove identity or detect later changes. Many everyday documents accept electronic signatures, but check the rules that apply to your document.
