This policy explains what information Vexara (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Files you process
Most tools (PDF, image, passport photo, signature, calculator, converter, text and developer tools) run entirely in your web browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers.
A few tools need server software (for example Word, Excel or PowerPoint to PDF). For these, your file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed in a private temporary folder, returned to you and deleted straight away. We do not keep copies, look at the contents or use them to train AI models.
Your account (Pro plans)
Free tools work without an account. If you buy a Pro plan you create an account with your name, email address and a password. Passwords are stored encrypted. We use your email only to run your account, send you messages about it (such as payment confirmations) and answer you. We do not sell your personal information.
Pro plan payments
If you buy a Pro plan, you pay us directly by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. We store the details you give us to verify the payment (sender name, account number, transaction ID and an optional screenshot). These are kept privately and only used to verify and record your payment. We never see or store your card details or wallet PIN.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember settings such as dark mode. Advertising and analytics partners described below may also set cookies.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
Free accounts see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to understand which tools are popular. We also count anonymous tool usage (tool name and date only).
Third-party services
If AI background removal is enabled, images you choose to process with “AI removal” are sent to remove.bg for processing under their privacy policy. Currency rates are fetched by our server from an exchange-rate provider; no personal data is sent.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can update your name and password on your account page. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to close your account, contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
